Determination of γ-aminobutyric Acid Content in Rice by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Based on Pre-column Derivatization with o-phthalaldehyde
摘要
Abstract
The high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) method based on pre-column derivatization with o -phthal-aldehyde (OPA) was established, and it was used to determine the content of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in rice.The results indicated that trichloroacetic acid used as solvent had the best extract effect ;the detection limit of this method was 0.5 mg/L, and the recoveries were 79.1%~101.5%;the content of GABA in brown rice with giant embryo was significantly higher than that in brown rice with normal embryo;after germination, the accumulation of GABA content in brown rice with giant embryo was also high-er than that in brown rice with normal embryo .关键词
