摘要
Abstract
The near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrum technique was used to determine the sugar content in Dangshan pear , and the correlations between spectrum absorbancy and sugar content in the damaged or good part of pear surface were analyzed .It was found that the correlation between spectrum absorbancy and sugar content in the damaged part of pear surface was greatly better than that between spectrum absorbancy and sugar content in the good part of pear surface , indicating that it was feasible and reliable to use near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrum technique to non -destructively detect pear's sugar content within the whole wave-length coverage .关键词
