Investigation and Thoughts on Development of Follow-up Industry after Returning Farmland to Forestry in Qinba Mountainous Area
摘要
Abstract
To study the follow-up industry of returning farmland to forestry in Qinba mountainous area , and adjust the agricul-tural industrial structure , the author investigated the results of returning farmland to forestry in ten villages and towns , five counties and three provinces by using questionnaires and field sampling inspection .The results of investigation indicated that implementing the project of returning farmland to forestry in Qinba mountainous area obtained explicit ecological benefit and implicit ecological benefit , but the follow-up industry could not keep pace with them .This paper considered that promoting the development of follow-up industry through scientific planning , technological support and system innovation was the key to realize the double -win goal ( ecological benefit and economic benefit ) of returning farmland to forestry .关键词
