育成巨胚稻与其亲本的γ-氨基丁酸和氨基酸含量的比较分析
Comparative Analysis ofγ-aminobutyric Acid and Amino Acid Contents in Bred Brown Rice with Giant Embryo or Normal Embryo
摘要
Abstract
This study compared the contents of γ-aminobutyric acid ( GABA) and amino acids in the brown rice of 3 kinds of giant-embryo rice and their parent .The results were shown as follows:(1) The GABA content in the bred giant -embryo rice was about four times more than that in conventional non -giant-embryo rice , and was also higher than that in its giant -embryo parent . (2) In comparison with the conventional non -giant-embryo rice, the contents of most amino acids in the brown rice of giant -em-bryo rice increased in varying degrees , and the average increasing rate of lysine , total essential amino acid and total amino acid con-tent was 51.85%, 26.24%and 23.75%respectively.But significant difference in amino acid content between the bred giant -em-bryo rice and its giant-embryo parent was not detected .关键词
