Abstract
This paper mainly summarized the existent problems in the process of rural land circulation at different stages from the aspects of government , farmer and market , and pointed out that the rural land circulation was not only a property right problem in institutional arrangements , but also an economic problem .In order to guarantee the smooth land circulation , we should start this work from various angles .关键词
