摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the effects of top -grafting on the changes of endogenous hormone content in the leaves of apple seedlings, from May to September, we gathered the leaves of apple seedlings from Guohong ×Changfu 6, which were directly plan-ted in the field or were top-grafted, and analyzed and compared their endogenous hormone contents by using the methods of extrac -tion and HPLC .The results showed that the contents of GA 3 , IAA and CTK in the leaves of the top -grafted apple seedlings were lower than those in the leaves of the directly -planted trees , but the content of ABA was opposite to this .关键词
