Abstract
This experiment studied the effects of different low temperatures on the biochemical indexes of 4 types of tobacco (ZY08-4, wild species, Xixia sun-cured tobacco, and K326) seedlings, determined their contents of MDA, free proline, solu-ble sugar and soluble protein , and analyzed the correlations among these biochemical indexes .The results showed that the free pro-line and soluble sugar contents in the seedlings of three tobacco varieties (strains) (except K326) increased with the decrease in treatment temperature and the lengthening of stress time;while the contents of MDA and soluble protein revealed opposite changes . In addition , the differences in the correlations among various biochemical indexes reached extremely significant level .关键词
