摘要

Abstract

In order to transform the traditional carpentry line trace mill into CNC,a new method was presented.This new method takes the technol-ogy of graphics interaction with DXF file,and can mill directly according to the workpiece surface shape data.CNC carpentry line trace mill data pro-cessing software in VC++6 .0 environment was developed which can realize arbitrary contour curves discretization and G Code generation.The processing experiments prove that this system can simplify the machine operation,increase milling ef-ficiency,improve quality effectively and reduce the production cost.
