摘要

Abstract

The measure system is based on the existing big distance porous measure method.Ac-cording to the actual size of tested parts,a multi function self centering measurement institution has been developed,which is interchangeable and multirange.It can also realize of high precision and high intelligent measurement.This paper mainly introduces the basic mechanical structure design and a system of coordinate system is presented in this method,which is based on dual axis tilt sen-sor.Parts inside diameter measurement are based on the scale of measuring j aw,collecting the coor-dinate of circle center by the PSD sensor.The a-lignment error will be achieved by the data pro-cessing on the computer.Final,the error of the sys-tem could be analyzed,which contains the j aw as-sembly error and the dual axis tilt sensor assembly error,getting rid of big hole system measuring technology of distance distribution problems.
