柿竹园钨多金属矿优化磨矿系统实验室研究
Experimental study of grinding system optimization for a tungsten polymetallic ore
摘要
Abstract
This paper describes the grinding optimization of a fragile, brittle tungsten polymetallic ore. According to the laboratory conditions test, the laboratory grinding conditions of filling rate of 45 %, grinding time of 4 min, grinding concentration of 67 %, ratio of speed 200 r/min, precision ball diameter: Φ50∶Φ40∶Φ30=25%∶25%∶50%were obtained. Then verified by precision experiments under the above conditions, the interval of 19~74μm is the highest grade which is in line with the range of dissemination size and dissociation for tungsten ore, the interval of -10 μm metal distribution is decreased than that of the site. The characteristics of particle size and metal distribution of the grinding product are improved comprehensivly.关键词
