刀具涂层技术的研究现状和发展趋势
Research status and development trends of cutting tool coating technology
摘要
Abstract
The various tool coating materials which can be divided into hard coating and soft coating are de-scribed based on recent development of tool coating technology. Various structures of coating materials and their preparation methods are summarized. Tool coating preparation methods consist of chemical vapor deposition method (CVD),physical vapor deposition method (PVD),Plasma chemical vapor deposition method (PCVD) and (Sol-Gel) method. The technological research status and the development trends of tool coating are introduced.关键词
