Abstract
Objective To explore the Clinical effect of 0.05%desonide cream joint compound zinc oxide paste clinical in treatment of infant eczema. Methods A retrospective analysis of 112 cases of eczema baby admitted in our department, including 60 male patients, 52 cases, age 16 days~24 months, an average of 6.7 months, in families of children with consent and signing of the agreement, the children were randomly divided into 2 groups, after two weeks in a row, the two groups of children with clinical curative effect and adverse reaction were compared. Results After 2 weeks in a row, the control group of 50 cases of effective rate was 81.07%, the experimental group, 62 cases of children with clinical effective rate was 95.37%, significantly higher than the control group, after statistics analysis, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Two groups of children with adverse reactions after statistical analysis, no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Thus 0.05%desonide cream joint compound zinc oxide paste has a good effect in treatment of infant eczema, with less adverse reaction, worth clinical promotion use.关键词
