Abstract
Objective To try to use evidence-based medicine PICOS model with PBL teaching method and traditional teaching methods to control study. Methods 66 cases into the respiratory medicine interns were randomly divided into experimental group (PICOS mode of evidence-based medicine (ebm)+PBL method) and the control group (traditional teaching method). After teaching two groups of students at the same time to test. Comparison of the two groups of students took respiratory medicine examination result and the result of questionnaire analysis. Results There was no significant difference theory of two groups of students examination results (P>0.05). But the literature, clinical thinking ability, experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Discuss clinical thinking and the ability of evidence-based medicine through the literature PICOS model combining+PBL teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method.关键词
