普外科实习带教中PBL教学法的应用体会
Experience of PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of general surgery

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value AND teaching effect of problem-based learning method in clinical practice teaching of general surgery. Methods 40 undergraduate students of Wannan Medical College in general surgical practice in our hospital from January to October in 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, one group by PBL teaching method and another using traditional teaching method. The teathing effect were assessed by questionnaire and theory exam. Results PBL group was superior to traditional group in students’self-study ability, resolve problems and satisfaction of the teaching mode, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).PBL group had higher scores than traditional group in theory examination with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Problem-based learning method in clinical practice teaching of general surgery can improve the medical students’ability of analysis and resolve problems, train the clinical skills, make students’combine theory and practice easily, it’s worth spreading in clinical practice teaching of general surgery.关键词
