普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效

摘要
Abstract
Object Evaluate the clinical efifcacy of Pranoprofen combined with Sodium Hyaluronate on the dry eyes after cataract surgery. Methods Select 60 cases of dry eye patients those were diagnosed after cataract surgery and randomly divided them into A,B groups. Group A was treated by Pranoprofen combined Sodium Hyaluronate and group B was treated by only Sodium Hyaluronate. Observe the differences of Schirmer and BUT in two groups after a month. Results The Schirmer and BUT in group A before and after treatment,in group B before and after treatment and in group A,B after treatment exist statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conculsion The treatment of Pranoprofen combined Sodium Hyaluronate on the dry eye after cataract surgery has signiifcant effect.关键词
