摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the nursing intervention on venous indwelling needle for blood sampling for oral glucose tolerance test nursing application. Method select 2010 February to 2013 May in our hospital were by venous indwelling needle for blood sampling for oral glucose tolerance test (Study Group) and 160 patients with nursing intervention, and selected 160 patients (control group) the implementation of routine blood test tolerance by intravenous indwelling needle for oral glucose, and evaluation of two groups of blood collection tube. The occurrence. Results the tolerance test blood taking tube plugging was signiifcantly lower than the control group received oral glucose intravenous indwelling needle in study group (P<0.05). Conclusion the nursing intervention for tolerance test blood sampling can reduce the fear and anxiety of patients with sense of venous indwelling needle for oral glucose, reduce the plugging rate, increase the successful rate, is worth the clinical promotion and application.关键词
