柑橘花期蓟马的种类与鉴定
Identification of Citrus Thrips at Stage of Flowering
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the abundance of thrips species in blossoming citrus, we investigated the species of thrips in citrus fields in Anyuan County, Xinfeng County and Nanchang suburbs from March to April in 2012. There were three specieses of thrips by morphology identification, which were much similar to Thrips palmi Karny, Thrips flavus Schrank and Haplothris chinesis Priesner. The single head insect body genomic DNA of these three kinds of thrips were extracted, and then the ITS2 gene sequences were amplified by PCR and were sequenced respectively. The sequencing results showed that the average similarities of these three kinds of thrips were up to 99%with Thrips palmi Karny, Thrips flavus Schrank and Haplothris chinesis Priesner contrasted by NCBI data.关键词
