拮抗放线菌JD211的抑菌活性及其鉴定
Identification of Antagonistic Actinomycetes Strain JD211 and Its Antimicrobial Activity

Abstract
An antagonistic actinomyces strain JD211 was isolated from Davidia involucrate in Lushan, Jiangxi Province. In order to define the potential application of the strain JD211 to the biological control of plant diseases, the fungistatic activity of JD211 was determined by the inhibition rate of mycelium growth, and the classification status of JD211 was confirmed by the multiphase taxonomy. The results showed that the crude extract of the strain JD211 fermentation could significantly inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia solani, Magnaporthe oryzae, Phytophthora parasitica, Rhizopus, Glue extracellular anthrax bacteria, Absidiaand, Fusarium and other fungi, in particular, 90% or more growth inhibition rates on Magnaporthe oryzae and Phytophthora parasitica plant pathogenic were obtained. According to the morphology, cultural and physiological characters, and 16S rDNA sequence, the strain JD211 was identified as Streptomyces naraensis.关键词
