拮抗农业致病菌放线菌的分离、筛选与鉴定
Isolation, Screening and Identification of Antagonistic Actinomycete Inhibiting Agricultural Pathogens

Abstract
Actinomycetes G5 was isolated from soil by the gradient dilution method. It was found that the strain had better inhibitory effects on Botryosphaeria dothidea, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, etc. Appraising with the analysis of 16S rDNA sequencing, the homology of 16S rDNA sequences between G5 strain and 13 actinomycetes of streptomyces was 99%. Traditional methods as well as the morphologic taxological identification indicated that G5 bacterial strain belonged to streptomyces.关键词
