胭脂鱼致病性嗜水气单胞菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感试验
Isolation, Identification and Antibiotic Sensitivity of Pathogenic Bacterium Aeromonas hydrophila from Chinese Sucker Myxocyprinus asiaticus

Abstract
A strain bacterium (YFYZY001) was isolated from the viscera of juvenile Chinese sucker Myxocyprinus asiaticus and identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by ATB expression automatic microbiological assay system. The strain bacterium YFYZY001 was found to have a sequence of 1 453 base pair (bp) from GenBank with accession number KF242091 by 16S rDNA sequence analysis, with similarity value of 99%with other A. hydrophila strains. A phylogenetic tree from GenBank database revealed that the strain YFYZY001 was clustered with A. hydrophila, indicating that the strain YFYZY001 was identified as A. hydrophila. An artificial infection proved that the strain YFYZY001 had pathogenicity to the examined grass carp and carried virulence factors by detection. The antibiotic sensitivity test of 22 antimicrobial agents showed that the strain YFYZY001 was sensitive to 15 antibiotics, including streptomycin.关键词
