摘要

Abstract

A strain bacterium (YFYZY­001) was isolated from the viscera of juvenile Chinese sucker Myxocyprinus asiaticus and identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by ATB expression automatic microbiological assay system. The strain bacterium YFYZY­001 was found to have a sequence of 1 453 base pair (bp) from GenBank with accession number KF242091 by 16S rDNA sequence analysis, with similarity value of 99%with other A. hydrophila strains. A phylogenetic tree from GenBank database revealed that the strain YFYZY­001 was clustered with A. hydrophila, indicating that the strain YFYZY­001 was identified as A. hydrophila. An artificial infection proved that the strain YFYZY­001 had pathogenicity to the examined grass carp and carried virulence factors by detection. The antibiotic sensitivity test of 22 antimicrobial agents showed that the strain YFYZY­001 was sensitive to 15 antibiotics, including streptomycin.
