Abstract
Objective To research and explore the clinical effect of spin iliac blood vessels deep iliac flap com-bined with hollow compression screw on femoral neck fracture .Methods 41 cases of femoral neck fracture patients were divided into control group (20 cases) ,receiving hollow compression screw internal fixation ,and observation group (21 cases) ,receiving spin iliac blood vessels deep iliac flap combined with hollow compression screw .Condi-tion of disease before and after surgery ,operative time and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups .Results Fracture cure rate ,Harris score ,surgery time and blood loss of the observation group were signifi-cantly different with those in control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Spin iliac blood vessels deep iliac flap combined with hollow compression screws for the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture might be with small trauma , good prognosis and low incidence of complications ,while might be with certain operation risk .关键词
