Abstract
Objective To explore the factors influencing the life quality of patients with chronic hepatitis B and to provide reference for targeted interventions to improve quality of life .Methods Self-constructed questionnaire , based on a large number of references ,Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) ,Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) ,Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Chinese version of Concise Health Questionnaire (SF-36 scale) were used to collect clinical data of 50 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients treated in this hospital from Dec .2010 to Dec .2012 and 50 ca-ses of matched healthy subjects (control group) .All data were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis and t test using SPSS19 .0 software to indentify factors influencing life quality of patients .Results Score of each dimen-sion in SF-36 scale of patient group was lower than control group (P<0 .05) ,multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that education ,knowledge of disease ,treatment compliance ,subjective support and social support rating scale were positively correlated ,but the typical signs and symptoms ,anxiety and depression were negatively correla-ted with life quality of patients ,.Conclusion Life quality of patients with chronic hepatitis B might be poor ,which could be influenced by many factors .关键词
