银杏达莫联合吡拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆的效果探讨

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Yinxingdamo combined with piracetam in the treatment of vascular dementia .Methods A total of 90 patients with vascular dementia ,treated in this hospital between Jun and Dec .2011 ,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,45 cases in each group ,receiving Yinxing-damo combined with piracetam treatment ,and Yinxingdamo treatment respectively .Results MMSE and ADL scores of treatment group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment ,and the effects of treatment in treatment group were superior to control group (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion Yinxingdamo com-bined with piracetam might be effective for the treatment of vascular dementia ,with significant effect ,and could im-prove patient′s cognitive status ,worthy for clinical use .关键词
