多层螺旋CT后处理技术在下颌骨骨折中的应用价值分析
Application value of multi-slice spiral CT in mandible fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technique in mandibular fracture .Methods 40 patients with mandibular fracture in this hospital from Apr .2010 to Apr .2012 were examined by multi-slice spiral CT scanning .Multiple planar reconstruction and volume reconstruction was ap -plied to obtain the best image ,and all images were evaluated and analyzed by at least two chief physicians .Results 40 cases of patients were all accurately diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT with multiple planar reconstruction and vol-ume reconstruction technique ,which could directly reflect the degree of displacement ,fracture line ,fracture site ,dear-ticulation and bone cips in articular cavity .The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was higher than surgery . Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT examination with post-processing technique could be valuable for the diagnosis of mandibular fracture ,which might be worthy of promotion and application .关键词
