5-fluorouracil combined with mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of 5-fluorouracil combined with mifepristone and tradi-tional Chinese medicine to treat ectopic pregnancy .Methods The patients in group A were treated with 5-fluorouracil 10-20 mg/kg intravenous infusion for 7 days and oral mifepristone .The patients in group B were treated with 5-flu-orouracil 10-20 mg/kg intravenous infusion for 7 days and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and mifepristone .The mass was monitored by B ultrasound regularly and blood β-HCG levels were monitored until it was normal .Results The cure rate was 82 .4% in group A and 98 .5% in group B .The cure rate in group B was signifi-cantly higher than that in group A ,and the difference was significant(P<0 .01) .The time that the β-HCG in blood decreased to normal level in B group was significantly shorter than that in A group (P<0 .01) .But the difference of adverse reaction in the two group was not significant (P>0 .05) .Conclusion 5-fluorouracil 10 -20 mg/kg intrave-nous infusion for 7 days with mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has good curative effect ,and it is worthy of spreading to clinical application in primary hospital .关键词
