摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinic significance of IFN-γ,TNF-α and ET-1 in patients with COPD . Methods The peripheral blood of patients with COPD in acute exacerbation ,in catabasis and healthy person was col-lected .Serum level of IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 were detected by ELISA .Results Levels of IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 in the cases of COPD in acute exacerbation and catabasis were higher than those of the healthy person (P<0 .05) . Levels of IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 in the period of acute exacerbation were significantly higher than those in the cata-basis(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The level of the serum IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 and lung function are closely related to the changing of the patient′s conditions .Serum IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 can be used to judge the severity of the ill-ness and also be used to estimate the curative effect and prognosis .关键词
