摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the utility of α-fetoprotein heterogeneity in the diagnosis of liver cancer . Methods Serum obtained from 1 052 patients with serum α-fetoprotein ≥ 20 ng/mL .Lectin affinity electrophoresis was used to test the contents of AFP heterogeneity .Results The proportion of α-fetoprotein-L3 with liver cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the benign chronic liver disease patients .There were got a high speci-ficity when AFP-L3/AFP > 35% .Conclusion It's has a important significance of α- fetoprotein heterogeneity detec-tion .meanwhile ,other means should be adopted .关键词
