腹腔镜胃癌根治术中无瘤技术临床应用效果分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of tumor free technology in laparoscopic radical gas-trectomy (LRG) .Methods LRG was performed in 42 patients with advanced gastric cancer (LRG group) ,and open-ing radical gastrectomy (ORG ) was performed in 40 patients (ORG group) .Operation effect ,pathological findings and follow-up situation were compared between the two groups .Results LRG and intraoperative lymph node dissec-tion were successfully performed in all patients of LRG group ,and there was no case with complications such as anas-tomotic fistula ,duodenal stump fistula and anastomotic obstruction .No .12a group lymph nodes were dissected for av-erage (3 .8 ± 1 .25) cases ,among which the cancer metastasis was (1 .3 ± 0 .13) cases .Proximum and distal stump cancer cells were not found in all patients by pathology analysis .All patients were healthy survival during follow-up , and no case with recurrence and distant metastasis was found by CT detection .Evaluation indexes in LRG group were better than ORG group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion To perform tumor free technology in LRG could be with satisfying short-term effect .关键词
