摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality and application effect of leukoreduced blood products .Methods Patients treated with blood transfusion from July 2008 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .All pa-tients were divided into experiment group ,treated with leukoreduced blood products ,and control group ,treated with unleukoreduced blood products .Red blood cell transfusions effect and incidence rate of febrile non-haemolytic trans-fusion reaction (FNHTR) were compared between the two groups .Results Level of white blood cells in leukore-duced blood products was significantly lower than that in unleukoreduced blood products (P<0 .05) .Concentrations of hemoglobin ,free hemoglobin and red blood cells were not statistically different between the two kinds of blood products (P>0 .05) .The effective rate of red blood cell transfusions in experiment group was higher than control group ,but the incidence rate of FNHTR was lower (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Transfusion of leukoreduced blood prod-ucts could improve the therapeutic effect ,and reduce the incidence of the adverse reaction of blood transfusion ,inclu-ding FNHTR .关键词
