摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the change of homocysteine (Hcy ) ,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein (hs CRP) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) level in patients with hypertension ,to investigate the value of hs CRP and IL-6 in pa-tients with homocysteine type hypertension ,provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of homocysteine type hypertension .Methods Two hundred and eighty cases with hypertension were selected randomly to be subjects ,and divided into H type hypertension group included 128 cases and non H type hypertension group included 152 cases ac-cording to the level of homocysteine ,30 healthy people without high blood pressure were selected as control group . The level of hs CRP and IL-6 were compared in the three groups .Results The level of hs CRP and IL-6 in homocys-teine type hypertension goup were significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Inflammatory cytokines(hs-CRP ,IL-6) in patients with homocysteine type hypertension increased ,inflammatory re-action may be one of the causes of hypertension .关键词
