芪夏消瘿汤和生白升血胶囊加减治疗甲状腺功能亢进伴白细胞减少的临床观察
Therapeutic effects of QI Xia Xiao Ying Tang and Sheng Bai Sheng Xue capsule on hyperthyroidism with leukopenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qi Xia Xiao Ying Tang and Sheng Bai Sheng Xue cap-sule in treating hyperthyroidism with leukopenia .Methods A total of 40 hyperthyroidism patients with Leukopenia , enrolled as treatment group were given Qi Xia Xiao Ying Tang and Sheng Bai Sheng Xue Capsule .A total of 26 hy-perthyroidism patients with Leukopenia ,enrolled as control group ,were given Di Yu Sheng Bai tablets .Relative inde-xes were compared before and after treatment between the two groups .Results After treatment ,serum levels of free triiodothyronine ,free thyroxin decreased ,thyrotropic-stimulating hormone level increased ,and the differences with re-sults detected before treatment were significant (P<0 .05) ,and level of white blood cells was also increased and with significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Qi Xia Xiao Ying Tang and Sheng Bai Sheng Xue Capsule could effec-tively regulate serum levels of thyroid hormones in patents with hyperthyroidism and increasing the number of WBC .关键词
