摘要
Abstract
With China’s rapid economic development and continuous improving on foreign investment environment,more and more foreign companies are investing to build construction projects in China. Project Management for these projects,unlike domestic projects,has its unique features and difficulties. The thesis aims at briefly analyzing key features,difficulties and strategies of project management for foreign investment projects in China,combining the author’s working experience of many years.关键词
