摘要
Abstract
The purification procedures of heparin by digestion combined enzymatic oxidation process were investigated,increasing the potency and color of heparin sodium .The experiment was determined the optimum enzymatic hydrolysis conditions by single-factor experiments:5h of the reaction time,8 of the PH value,40℃ of the temperature. Under these conditions,the resulting titer was about 139U/mg.关键词
