广西高铁铝土矿拜耳法溶出试验研究
Tests on the Bayer Dissolving Method for The High-iron Bauxite from Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of the high -iron diasporic bauxite from Guangxi ,leaching alumina by Bayer process was carried out .The results showed that the optimum conditions were di-gestion temperature of 270 ℃,digestion time of 60 minutes,caustic ratio of 1.45,lime dosage of 7% to bauxite ,grinding fineness of ore to -0 .097 mm accounted for 85%,caustic alkali concentra-tion of 230 g/L.Under the optimum conditions ,the digestion rate of alumina was 95.15%.关键词
