摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the wireless power transmission ( WPT) efficiency system,a novel inverse class-F power amplifier with high power added efficiency ( PAE) was introduced. By the theoretical analysis of the class-F and inverse class-F PA,the key point was found at the harmonic control circuit ( HCC) . However,the PAE of inverse class-F PA is high-er than that of class-F PA with the help of the turn-on resistance. An inverse class-F PA was designed with the GaN HEMT CGH40010F,and the efficiency is 12. 2% higher than class-B PA with the same input power and bias condition.关键词
