摘要

Abstract

We introduce the metrology technique about terahertz spectrum and radiation,and report the progress of spec-trum metrology and terahertz radiometry in National Institute of Metrology,China. We introduced an echo pulse calibration technique to realize on-line calibration of terahertz spectrometer. The uncertainty is improved with this online calibration technique. We made a high absorptance terahertz coating for terahertz radiometry. The power responsivity is traced to Nation-al Laser Power Standard. This progress is hopeful to promote the research on terahertz technique with providing necessary support to satisfy the demand of terahertz measurement.
