摘要
Abstract
Multipactor is influence the reliability of space electronic equipment is a very important factor. How to effec-tivelv avoid the happening of multipactor,it become a key problem. Because the surface state of microwave components is an important factor,use of appropriate materials and surface treatment is one of the effective ways to reduce the potential ener-gy,and improve and enhance high power microwave components multipactor performance. In this paper,by means of experi-ment,studying of different process formula of chromate conversion coating for microwave components on multipactor effect and the influence of electrical performance ( losses ) , and selected the appropriate method of chromate conversion coating process.关键词
