Abstract
University-industry cooperation of medical devices industry is beneficial to improve independent innovation ability and the regional industry competitiveness, And it will continue to promote the development of industry rapidly and healthily. This paper first introduced the present situation of medical devices industry universi-ty-industry cooperation in Zhejiang province ,then analysis the existing problems and reasons of medical devices industry of Zhejiang, innovating the mechanism of university-industry cooperation, and put forward feasible coun-termeasures and suggestions.关键词
