Abstract
Enterprise's requirements for accounting personnel has been changed into higher overall quality from original single job skills, Suzhou Institute of Technology which aims at serving the local economy should try it's best to cultivate practical and complex accounting talents, establish evaluation index system according to stu-dents' characteristics,formulate teaching plan, promote professional teachers' practice and research ability, optimize students' personality and academic quality, evaluate students from diversity and multi-angle by industry-universi-ty-institute cooperation ways,innovate cooperation mechanism, to stimulate enthusiasm of all parties.关键词
