Abstract
Training objectives and specifications of specialty finally needs to be realized through the perfect curriculum system. Curriculum system design is the core content of the specialized training plan, it is also the con-crete externalization of features and highlights of specialty. HRM is a high practical specialty, for realizing the ob-jectives of cultivating practical talent, how to construct HRM undergraduate curriculum system based on cultivat-ing practical talents is a realistic and important issue.关键词
