摘要
Abstract
With the continuously advancement of science and technology, new media has already covered ev-ery aspect of ideological and political education in the university. The appearance of new media offers a rare op-portunity to university instructors and also poses challenges of uncertainty and complexity in their daily work. So the instructors should grasp the new opportunity without fear to improve information ability consciously. The im-portant approach to enhance university instructor's information ability is to constructing learning-type instructor or-ganization, enhancing their new media ability, establishing new media channels, improving communication skills, and mastering new methods and techniques.关键词
