摘要
Abstract
Learning ability is the essence of competitiveness, and the learning organization theory is a manage-ment theory which arises in the era of knowledge economy, the frontier of management theory in modern times. This paper applies the learning organization theory into college student's daily study, constructing a learning-orient-ed team by forming shared vision, learning in group, changing thinking modes, thinking systematically and self-sur-pass. The paper tries to figure out a feasible method in promoting college students' learning ability.关键词
