Abstract
With the development of computer, GIS and virtual reality technology, the application of 3D digital technology to urban planning has achieved good results. The establishment of the system development services in urban planning has become a new indicator in the informationization of urban planning, which has many successful experiences. This paper, focusing on the establishment of the system, introduces the requirements, aspects of the process, and the construction of 3D modeling, discusses the design and implementation, and specifies its applica-tion.关键词
