摘要

Abstract

The enterprise culture is a management theory and method in the 1980s separated from the science of management. After a long time of development, it has formed a perfect theoretical system. With the develop-ment of economic globalization, Chinese enterprises have gradually strengthened the construction of their culture, and have achieved certain results. China's 5000-year traditional culture also influences the construction of enter-prise culture in a certain degree, which has formed enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics. Enterprise cul-ture construction in China has been following western theories. With the deepening development of culture con-struction, it is urgent to set up a suitable enterprise culture combined with the current situation and the traditional culture, so as to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
