福建省蓝色经济发展的战略思考
Strategic Thinking on the Blue Economic Development in Fujian Province
摘要
Abstract
The blue economy, an important field which all the countries in the world are scrambling to develop, has many features such as a close relationship with the oceans, huge development potential and big economic val-ue, etc. As an important province in the coastal areas in Southeast China, Fujian has a unique advantage in the de-velopment of blue economy. Fujian has become the fourth blue economy pilot province in 2011, entering a new historical stage. Fujian has good location condition, strong endogenous development potential and active policy support in the development of blue economy, but with some deficiencies in economic strength, area competition and marine resource structure. Therefore, by improving the overall plan, Fujian Province should increase the open-ing to the outside world, vigorously develop the blue ocean industry, promote the implementation of infrastructure construction, comprehensively allocate development space, and optimize the environment, so as to promote the rapid and sound development of blue economy.关键词
