Abstract
Investment in regional electric power grid is a focus in electric power research and practice in Chi-na. In 2014, Huainan power network invests 5 grid infrastructure projects of 110kv and above, with overall invest-ment 165 million RMB, including two distribution network infrastructure projects of 35kv and 10kv and the rural electric network upgrade project in 2014, etc.. This paper adopts a regional electric power grid investment econom-ical benefit evaluation index, combining with national electricity price policy, fiscal taxation policy and other rele-vant policies, uses technical economy theory to optimize the investment benefit of regional electric power grid and operational cost method, and puts forward a reasonable economical benefit evaluation method.关键词
