摘要

Abstract

The GMAW welding controlled system in this paper is a DSP control system based on TMS320F2812. In order to control the output power of the inverter welding machine, we design and adopt a PWM control mode. The current and voltage feedback system was formed by means of Hall sensors. In response to possi-ble failures happening in welding process, a corresponding protect circuit was designed. Furthermore, drive circuit, parameters preset and display circuit were respectively discussed.
