摘要
Abstract
A large aircraft is manufactured by a number of airframe manufacturers, covering many special pro-cess projects. The differences of hardware facilities, organizational structure and management mechanism of the airframe manufacturers result in differences in the way and the method of special process control, which can lead to potential threats to working quality and product quality during special processes. This paper, based on theories in the domain of management, by building and implementing the special process quality control system, makes a gen-eral plan of the whole special process quality control of a model aircraft, which can ensure the consistency and reli-ability of product delivery quality.关键词
