摘要
Abstract
CAS has achieved a breakthrough in its literature information system, realizing the reengineering management and reshaping the DNA of the organization, which effectively protected and promoted academic thoughts and the rapid development of business. The main deficiency at the present stage is that the value orienta-tion is not clear enough, and the management thinking, management theory and practice direction is uncertainty. This paper finds that the literature information system of CAS should conform to the trend of the global public ser-vice management system reform, hold the trend of library reform, recognize the global trend of Business Career Enterprization and consciously regard it as our Spiritual Home, thus to establish a clear and solid direction, and a complete and definite set of guiding ideology and theoretical basis.关键词
