基于教育生态理论的高校教师课堂教学评价体系的研究

Abstract
The author of this paper uses the educational ecological theories such as the tolerance law,the flowerpot effect and the niche theory to analyze the evaluation purposes, the evaluation subjects and evaluation mechanism of classroom teaching evaluation system of higher education teachers. The study establishes the principles of classroom teaching evaluation system of higher education teachers and the precautions. The author adopts the research methods such as documentation research method, Delphi method to construct the classroom teaching evaluation system of higher education teachers based on the educational ecological theory.关键词
